Fox News is fixated to the extreme on illegal immigration. They focus totally on certain issues, like fentanyl, human trafficking, crime cartels, and terrorists. These are critical concerns, and along those lines the pundits of Fox News recognize that it you don't have a border, you don't have a country. Fox New mostly falls flats on its implications of this issue. One of the reasons for me dinging Fox News as a totally "reliable source".

In the video below Tucker Carlson gets into the issue, that the mass migration of people into your country that do not have a fundamental understanding of Western culture will eventually "dissolve" your culture. Also consider that in some cases the new immigrants do not wish to assimilate (adopt) Western cultural values. They form their own "ghettos" to live as they did before immigrating. (That did happen with many who immigrated from Europe.) Historically, most of hose who wished to immigrant into the US from Europe sought to do that for the purposes of eventual assimilation.

This current influx of immigrants into the US must also be put within in the context, that those on the "left" are claiming that Western cultural values need to be "depreciated" which would further retard the promotion of assimilation. The immigrant "floodgates" were initially opened under Obama who proclaimed that he wanted to "transform" the US. The Biden administration has totally opened the "floodgates". From the conspiracy angle, this "invasion" is being promoted to "transform" the US with the full intent of "depreciating" Western cultural values.

As a quick side note, the Biden administration now advocates the racist policy of "equity" over "equality". This further promotes the "transformation" theme by implying that new immigrants or other victim class minorities, deserve special government benefits (based on skin color) to the exclusion of actual citizens. Basically, meritocracy is now "dead" in the US.

I think to some degree, this was imposed by the people who were here first forgetting that they or their ancestors were once immigrants also. It also happened because pretty much everyone who came here during the past 200 years was poor and they needed to be near friends and relatives who preceded them as well as the aid societies which were established to help them assimilate. However, the people from the "old" country generally pushed their children to assimilate fully and that is no longer happening.

To the "liberals", if America is such a terrible, racist country, why do people pay coyotes thousands of dollars and risk their own and their children's lives to sneak across our southern border? Why do legal immigrants from India and Southeast Asia and the poor, war-torn countries of Africa (the black, brown, and yellow people) have such a high success rate moving into the middle class and higher while starting from nothing? Why do inner city, American born blacks have such a poor success rate? Let me help you out here, one of the groups has been told all their lives that they are victims and America is a zero-sum game. The other group knows better since they know where they are coming from.

As an opposition channel to Fox News, I thought I would pop on to the MSNBC website to see if they are still banging on about Trump. Well, above the fold there were 20 articles, of which 6 were directly about Trump, and one implicating Trump. How many about Biden? Zero. Food for thought.

For those who want to relentlessly bash Fox News, as unreliable, here's a starter kit.
Fox News has aggressively been promoting outrage that an armed assailant is not being charged with a felony. Seems obvious.
Adding to the turbulence surrounding this story, Fox New has a grudge towards Gascón based on him being a Soros backed soft-on-crime District Attorney. A sentiment that I would concur with. Others seem to also agree as Gascón is facing a recall.
But wait!! Judge Jeanine Pirro, a Fox News commentator, actually came to the defense of Gascón for only filing misdemeanor charges instead of felony charges. The abbreviated reason, the person attacking Chappelle evidently did not use the weapons on him. So here we have a case where a "bad" District Attorney who has apparently made the "right" decision (according to Pirro) is still under "attack" by other Fox News pundits.
