Good Morning All,

Had to dash last night so missed this. I take it you did it willingly,. After they have come through the rebellious teens daughters want you there for them, to do things and worry, it can be a pain at times but since the greatest pleasure in life is to be needed, it makes daughters a real joy.

I think we still have a little way to go on the 'rebellious' part but I see progress - :)

Yes, now that you mention it, it is nice to be needed :)

Does your daughter by chance happen to remember the 'hair' comment she made?:D

I don't think so, it was almost a life time ago for her. ;)
But she is still as cheeky :D

Okay, last I checked we weren't discussing education systems in this thread. I think it's pretty clear that both education systems suck since everyone on this forum seems to have ADHD and can't stay on topic for more than a couple pages.

LMAO!!!!

77 degrees and cloudy at 11:30 am here in Florida. We'll get up to 81 degrees today. This is my kind of weather! Was ridiculously cold before Thanksgiving... down to 48 degrees one morning! That was horrid!!!! Over several months, I've lost 30 pounds and had bought nothing but capri pants, so there I was at work with blue ankles that day. :)

Well, I personally have been exceedingly busy as of late. Not that anyone's given much thought to where Tess has been the past few weeks....

Woke up this fine Saturday morning to my boss's voice on my cell phone.
He's a wonderful guy... love him to pieces... felt horrible about waking me up, lol, but couldn't believe I was still in bed! We stay up till all hours on weekends and sleep till mid-morning .... 10-ish.... he called at 9:30. He told me the problem one of our execs had called HIM about, I told him the solution and that was that.

So, now I'm up and about and looking to go get a pedicure and manicure and do a little Christmas shopping.

Have a wonderful weekend ladies and gentlemen!

:)

Please, sir... can I have some MORE?

Missing someone gets easier every day because even though it's one day further from the last time you saw each other, it's one day closer to the next time you will. :)

Neat bit of philosophy, your own? Or mined from your vast source of references?
