Grow/Shrink

I have this form that always open in a Maximised state. I would like it to be in the size I have made it and not fully maximised.
Do I need to use the CanGrow function? or is there an option to stop the form from maximising?

Try putting a

DoCmd.Restore

in your form OnActivate event procedure
