Actually, the union went on strike at the York, PA plant at 12:00AM this morning and the plant has suspended operations. Some are guessing for a couple of weeks at least...and you thought the wait period was rediculous before

Don't forget, you can't take it with you:p

This reminds me of a joke someone told me. I thought it was pretty funny ok here goes see how badly I destroy it.

A man and his wife were living together and they are getting older and they are pretty well off i.e. wealthy. She is a good wife and very dutiful and obedient. he tells her he wants to be buried with all his money he earned it he shoudl be able to take it with him. being the obedient wife she is she agreed.

a few years pass and he dies. a family friend knowing of this arrangement of him being buried with all the money asks the obedient wife if she did it, buried him with all the money. she replies "Yep I sure did, I wrote him a check"

They probably have a bank full of money stuck back and needed an excuse to take some time off -

Apparently so. They weren't complaining about the pay scales (if you saw how much they make, you'd understand why the bikes are so expensive:eek: ) but the major beef was that there were stipulations about employees contributing to their health insurance... with a corresponding increase in the company 401K contributions. Sounded like a good offer to me, but that's union for you.
