I'm back - which is to say the last time I was visiting this site was in 2007. Yes, quite a while ago!

That was when I was building databases in the call center I was working at. Everything from QA recordings of agents, to a dashboard I set up for leadings agents making appts, to reason customers would turn down appts. Corporate across the hall loved these databases. The front ends would be on the agents computer and backend/data would be on the server.

But again, things change, and I moved on. Careers changed. Almost 16 years later I had totally forgot almost everything about Access.

Now I have to dive in as I'm helping a friend with rebuilding his customer database. Tables and Forms ...easy. Reports - I can handle. Not that difficult. It's the queries I need to brush up on. Especially automated billing, which is the reason why I'm back here.
Anyways good to see this website is up and running!
