Im kinda new to access. i was using excel ALOT, kinda got bored with excel so now moving on to access. I was trying to create a database in excel for my company (BTW im the HR / S1 / the personnel guy) the excel database was getting bigger and bigger with to many tabs. So i decided to try and master access and build a much better database. I think im almost done with it though. I think im the only guy in my company to start using access. So i need to make sure that my database is user friendly (LOL). Well thats my story. So i hope to chat or pick your brains to help out with my database.
