I have a doubt about Access executable files. When a user enters data in the .exe file, does the main file also display the data that the user entered?

Access doesn't create .EXE files, though you might create either a .MDE or .ACCDE file under some circumstances. Those files, if they contain tables, could in theory retain the entered data. Whether it would be displayed in the future would depend on the app. But since the point of an Access file is data management, let's say you couldn't rule out later data visibility. If the .MDE/.ACCDE file stores the data in a back-end file (split database case) then the entered data would only be visible in the back-end, whatever it is. There are too many "ifs, ands, and buts" in this answer to give you a definitive response without a better description of what bothers you.

Side note: When you use the introductory forum, tell us about yourself. When you have a problem or question of a technical nature, create a new thread in one of the selected topic forums. We don't charge for doing that.

When the main file needs to be in the admin, you can have the user enter the data in a duplicate file that will display in the main file.

I think we are having a nomenclature problem.

What is the main file, to your viewpoint? What do you mean by "main file needs to be in the admin"? Because I don't know how to interpret that.
