Hello from Newbie in UK

Good afternoon, Just a quick hello from a newbie.....I'm not a techie but use Access databases a lot in my work and recently designed a DB for customer record management that handles sales, scripting, claims, complaints and policy administration. I'd describe myself as somewhere between beginner and intermediate! I'm based in the UK and have often looked at the the forums for inspiration......really looking forward to diving in and getting some expert pointers from you good folk.
