Hi,

I work as the quality manager for a commercial aircraft instrument repair company and have somehow become the go-to-guy for modifications and additions to the Access database - this despite the fact that I'd never done programming before. Most of the time I look at existing code and cut and paste to suit my needs. I bought some books to reference and browse forums and YouTube as I struggle along. I may not be of much help to others in the beginning, but being a beginner, if I can solve someone's problem, I should be good for explaining things in a very simplistic manner since I have no other choice.

I'm IT Manager for a company with operations here and Vegas, but most of my day is spent creating/maintaining Access applications. When I'm not goofing off on the forum anyway.

I'm not huge into cars, but we enjoy checking them out once a year, plus going to some of the free concerts. Going to the Tina Turner tribute show tonight.
