I'm not new to Access, but I'm new to this forum. I'm from Canada and have been working with Access databases since the early 2000's. Many of those early databases are still in production and I've inherited a few more from a colleague who retired. I've joined this forum because I'm getting requests from customers to interface with M365 - specifically SharePoint and the new Outlook - and I recognize I'm out of my element.

New Outlook cannot be controlled by VBA, so that is out for a start.
