I am a newbie to the board, so please forgive me if this is a repost. I did a search of the forums first, but did not find anything.

My problem is that I did a new install of Office 2000 on a new PC with Windows 2000. Now, none of the wizards in ACCESS will come up. It is driving me INSANE!! For example, on the main TABLE or QUERY screen the "CREATE TABLE (or QUERY) by using wizard" icons do not do anything. I can't get a cross-tab or anything. UGH!!!!!

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
  :(

This is going to sound unhelpful, but did you install the wizards in the first place? The setup procedure in Office2000 allows four options: Run from Hard Drive, Run from CD, Install on first use or Don't install. You need to go through the tree structure in Setup and make sure the wizards and add-ins you require are actually selected by default.

I had this problem recently and wonder if my way out of it will help.

I tried everything that the Microsoft KB suggested and nothing worked, so ..... I unstalled Office 2K, went into the Registry and delete ALL references to ANYTHING that referred to Office, rebooted and then reinstalled Office.

It's working fine now ..... except for an SR-1 issue, which I suggest you also do. You may find that your margins have a mind of their own, i.e. stting thmselve to 100mm all round everytime you open up a Report. You'll think you have a blank screen, when you know there should be something there.
