Here is another simple question that has me stumped!!

I have a form that I want to have combobox in form header that pulls from employeeinfo table. Has every current employee in it...Then I want a subform based on a query for the detail section. The query should pull every instance of the employee name from disciplinary table. So, ideally the combobox should have only one instance of the name and when that is clicked, every instance of their disciplinary actions should be in subform in database view. (Also, with the ability to add a new action.)

I had this working at one time, but for some reason decided that I could do better. Now, I cant get it to work at all...When I put in new combobox, it only gives 2 options, I cant get it to give 3rd option that says "Find values on form based on....?"

Also, at some point I tried to link child and master fields and it said "cant build a link on unbound forms".

Two questions that have me puzzled...Thanks for your answer..
