How to convert the data shown when opening the SQL Server tables as "#" symbol
As a way to encrypt the data in the SQL Server, I have observer that when opening the SQL Server tables, I see it shown as "#" syble. How can I achieve this with my SQL Server database so not possible to read it directly from the tables?
