The sql was provided as a template in post #9 with a detailed explanation of how it works then provided again in post #12 modified for your actual table/field names. I've provided further code in post #17 around sorting and filtering. You can see the sql you originally provided in the recordsource to your form.where do i find the SQL of the query ?
I'm sorry if you feel this is beyond you but as Mike says - you need to start somewhere. Your requirement is not straightforward in access - but can be done as I've demonstrated. You just need to get your hands dirty and make a start.
