How to remove all security

I have a database on a job site a few states away. When it has a probolem they zip it up and I fix/ modify it and send it back. Simple but it works. However somebody ran the security wizard at the job and now when they send it to me I can not get into it. I can webex on to thier computer and access the database normally but with a login (no password) and see the permissions in security manager - I checked and the boxes for full permissions but does not seem to work. The webex connection is too slow and difficult to do any real work on.

I do not want or need security on this app, can't I just remove it all together. How do I do that.

FYI - Sounds like the reason that you could not get in was because you needed the .mdw file to hook into...
