Hyperlink to Specific Location on Web Page

is it possible? if i just need say a couple of numbers from a website?..

Excel Help has something on the subject, here (third topic from the top, i assume) -

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel/HP051995161033.aspx

but whenever i click on 'Browse the Web' or 'Bookmark', i get an error message.

using Excel 2007, XP Pro 2, Firefox 3 or Explorer 6.
