I'm a new in Access database, who can create database for me to start up with it my training?

The attached form will be filled by each individual employee and get as a database to be filled directly from each individual computer.

The fields form will be having all bob up or combo list. when you select the ID number of the employee the rest of information will be pulled in automatically if the employee was not previously update to get him include himself in the database. The database will be secured and allow certain people who are entering the database only.

I have many templates, but I was not able to create special database for the attached card alone. May be the idea to start with is absent from my mind.

This forum is for free help to ASSIST someone in working on their database, not for creating it for them. If you need an entire solution created, be prepared to pay handsomely to a developer.

Really, I got a lot from you to assist me, really thank you too much.

When I started learning the FileMaker Pro, in year 2003 to 2005. I got a person from Holland whom I don't know personally; just he was a team member in the FileMaker Pro society who assisted me in the design and the start up of developing my first database. After that I started depending on myself in developing my own databases. Later, when I face any difficulty I used to consult him from time to time, he seemed that he was so glad when doing those kinds of helps to me. I asked him once, how could you make these things free from me? He said that we are one team and as a one family and we are helping each and learning from each different ideas. Unfortunately the FileMaker Pro software is not supported in my area to use it widely like the Microsoft Access, therefore I stopped using it.

Therefore, in this committee I thought that I will find a friendly developer who could help me creating my first database in Microsoft access if that is possible, because I have already tried but I couldn’t know how to make that start up even though there are templates associated with the program and there are many on-line training centers, but still I could not do anything so far and I’m too late submit any database program to my manager.

By the way I’m using Vista Microsoft Access 2007

Perhaps you could post up what you have so far as an attachment. Just compact the DB then do it as a Zip file and then attach the Zip file to your post.

Mike; thank you too much. I have posted the attachment which will take the information from to the database in case some is interested to develop it for me.

Ajetrumpet; thank you, I wish your thinking can come through. I'm just a simple employee who is trying to satisfy his manager in creating a sample database for end of ear appraisal evaluation.

That is only a PDF of want you want.

No one is going to make a DB for you for zero fee. Even a simple DB takes a long time to make.

The forum provides assistance for different problems you might have in making your DB. Could be to do with a module, query, table, macro, code attaching to a button or label etc.

I'm just a simple employee ...

We are all just simple people that need to put bread on the table, too. We exchange ideas in order to become better at what we do, we assist people because it gives us a warm and fuzzy feeling (and so we don't have to walk other people's dogs in the rain for the same feeling), and we assist because we like puzzles.

First off, I'd be suspicious of a company evaluates employee's ears. No telling what they would want to inspect next.

Now, you want us to do something for you and only you get the benefit. Since this doesn't satisfy any of the above (become better, warm and fuzzy, solve puzzles), then it doesn't create benefit for us.

So, just like in real-life, in order to motivate someone who doesn't receive a benefit, you have to compensate them for their time and effort.

C'mon, you wouldn't walk into a grocery store and ask, "Can I have this box of M&M's and case of soda for free so I can give to my boss so I get better marks on my evaluation?" The store owner would give you the same look we are right now.
