Images in crystal reports (1 Viewer)

Hi All
Please help me to resolve the below issue.
According to the prompt value selection,the corresponding images should get displayed in the report as thumbnails.and the no.of images are dynamic.
eg:If any item is broken or damaged,then the corresponding damaged images should be shown on the report.
The thumbnail image should get enlarged when user clicks on a particular image.
there are around 4000 images tobe stored on the BOserver which causes the performance issue.so we have stored the images in other server and pulling the images using location of images in oracle database.

(Version----Crystal reports XI R2
Database---Oracle 9i)

Also make me clear whether this requirement is feasible in crystal reports

Not sure what you are trying to do here.
Are you wanting to place many images in a report but only display based on the selection of the prompt?
