Import Object to Database

I have a data base which has five files within that data base. I want to take one of the files and put it into a separate database with a different name so that I can e-mail it separately from the others. How do I do that? It must be easy but I have spent hours trying to figure it out, but can't. Thanks.

Joe it sounds like you need to open your second database, under file, import the file you want from the first database, change the name, and away you go.

Thanks Jimmy. That worked perfect. I was trying to export the file I wanted to the new datebase, instead of importing to the new database. I appreciate it very much.
