I want a crosstab with TYPE on the column, MONTH in the rows and the summed numerator / summed denominator as a % calculated.

I'm not sure if you're asking us for help or you're asking someone to do it for you!

So instead of just uploading your db and telling us what you want, it would be much better if you give us some more context, show us what you've tried and then what you would like to achieve.
