This is a stand alone utility that will
-relink the shared front end to the back end
-copy the shared front end to the local hard drive
-create a shortcut to the local front end on the desktop
-create a shortcut in the start menu to the local front end
Tested in x86 and x64. Not overly tested, but all seems to be working well. Let me know if you find any issues.
I could have achieved this through a batch file and integrated the objects into the master copy of the front end, but some computers/users cannot run batch files. This is not exactly intended for end users, but it could be. Perhaps you'll want to change the Boolean value in the form's module to lock down the form.
