I am a Quality Engineer from Wisconsin and I have been task with Developing Inspection Databases for 3 plants and streamline the process.

I am NEW to Access and VBA, I have taken some courses online but I am still VERY VERY Green with using Access.

Then since you count yourself as very green, let me give just a little advice. You took some courses online. It is great to know how to use the visual aspects of the interface. But if one of those courses was about database normalization, that is the one that will help you the most when trying to build anything new.
