i have table of following fields

transactionid Credit Debit Balance(Calculated Field)
1 200 0 200
2 0 10 190
3 0 20 170
4 100 0 270

How Can i Create like this ledger Balance Sheet in Access.
How Can i create in Query or Form(DataSheetView) What Calculation has to apply to Calculate balance field.

Use the Running Sum property of a textbox on your Report, set it to OverAll, it's control source is just = Credit - Debit.

in Balance Field the value is changing as you enter the record in debit or credit but it is not doing properly as you said please give another solution
