Hi,
I am trying to make a form based on a microsoft WORD "table", but the problem is that I need to be able to pass some values into the cells. I have been designing this table in excel and passing the values in that need to printed on the sheet when it prints up. Is this the easiest way to do this, or is there a better way. I have 11 of these so I thought I would see if anyone has any suggestions before I start this huge project.
Thank you in advance!

designed in access and publish it in word.
when you go to reports you can published in word or excell.
or go to file/export/ as rich text an it will print in word format.
Or are you trying to place fields from access in a word document.
If that is the case all you need is a query. go to the word document and under tools go to mail merge find the query you created in access and follow the steps.
