Typical management viewpoint - from someone who doesn't understand that the cloud is a "one size fits all" solution to a wildly variant world. In my 40+ year career, I have NEVER seen any manager with an accounting or business background get this right until it bites them on the arse because of that decision. But I have never found the words to make them hear the truth. They see what they want to see until they get burned, then ask you how to fix their error.
