Last year I used Access 2010 link Visual FoxPro database files through ODBC 32 bit. But now the system change to 64 bit and ODBC does not works anymore. Anyone can advise? because my accounting use Visual FoxPro program and I want to get data and update its?

Thank a lot.

The linked article suggests that you can get a 64-bit ODBC driver.

Does this help or did you mean something else with your question?

Since ODBC is actually a networking protocol, it ought not to matter that a 64-bit ODBC on one end of the operation is talking to a 32-bit ODBC on the other end of the transaction. The network protocols should be the same, one byte at a time in the buffer either way.

The_Doc_Man, I agreed ODBC 64-bit is a protocol. but when I open ODBC data source it does not show Visual FoxPro (vfpodbc 32-bit) in list. I though ODBC 64 bit does not support vfpodbc 32 bit. so I cannot get in FoxPro database. do you have more idea?
