MSOffice Developer - VBA Productivity Tools

I have just installed Microsoft Office 2000 Developer on my machine.
Office Developer includes all the usual Office programs, as well as a range of tools and code samples to help software developers working with office.
The problem I'm having, is that a number of the VBA productivity tools are supposed to load up as Add-Ins to Access, or other Office programs.
The Setup program tells me that they're installed, but none of them show up in the Add-Ins manager, so I can't use them.
Does anyone know what I need to do to get them to show, or where Office looks for files to list as available add-ins?
