In creating a report based on a Query that uses about 20 fields, I am not able to fit all the fields in to the Design or Layout Views to work on.... and thus, cannot get a report that is (landscape) more than 2 pages. Ideas?

This question does not compute. Can you refine the question a bit?

Why do you need the report to be more than 2 pages? Can't you drag the report field objects around to wrap/fit on a single page?

Multi-page reports

The reports contain a lot of information (between 20-40 fields) so that it must span multiple pages (ideally, it would look like a spreadsheet).

When I am in Design or Layout View, once I get to a certain point, I can no longer use the "scroll" bar at the bottom of the report to continue adding/manipulating the fields. Instead, the fields just pile up on top of each other. An analogy would be that, for example, when in Excel, if you are in column D, you could continue to scroll over to column HD (or whatever!) but I can't do that.
I am so frustrated, as I really need to set up multi-page reports. Any help you can provide is apprecitated!

Aggg! You're right. I just tried it and can't scroll past 22" out.

Sorry, I don't know the solution, except making your report multiple lines/row.

make the report in two halfes and then join them together later

so your main report will be the first part and your sub report the second half
