Need help creating email reports

I'm looking to send emails to several different employees throughout my company with quality feedback. A quality form is completed on a weekly basis and would like to pull data from the query and only supply the associate with their specific feedback.

I've tried to use the "Create Email" function but that will not allow me to specify dates.

I'm very new to Access so any help would be greatly appreciated.
