I am taking over responsibility for a complex Access application (2003 and 2007) and am having trouble finding where a table is being updated. I tried stepping through the VBA code and did not find it and did not find a reference to the table in the various forms.
Thanks,

Another option is an update or append query being executed from somewhere.

One suggestion is to use Rick Fisher's Find & Replace tool (which costs money but is well worth it) or use the Free V-Tools which has a tool named Total Deep Search and you put the table name in there and it will find everywhere it is used - queries, forms, reports, code, and more.

I checked for other queries and used V-Tools and did not find it. I think the table is a view of 2 tables in SQL Server. I need to learn about that and look there.
Thanks

Another possibility for SQL Server tables is a trigger on that or another table.
