I think it looks visually better, although as everone else says..what the hell are the chairs all about?
I also agree that it would be much better to cut the header down so am not continuously scrolling up and down to read stuff.

I would say the logo is competent without being spectacular.

The CSS needs fixed otherwise the top right image and menu will drop to the next level when you reduce the window size.

the ease of use of this current site is pretty good, compared to others
Logo - a bit bland , but I normally ignore logo's - its all about ease of use and content - current site has this in bundles and i hope come the upgrade/move or whatever this continues

anything new always throws people, they get comfortable with what they know
functionality rate this site 8-9 layout current ease on the eye clear crisp concise , new site layout font a little "flat"

Im not a huge poster on this forum but i do spend a fair bit of time searching through for ideas and problem solving when powers up high give me a new task to perform...... anyway...

Old 8 and the new one one proposed maybe a 7.

Like others said the height and function is a factor. looks pretty though.

didn't realize the chairs were there until someone mentioned it and now im confused as to why they are there. but its a Friday so i might not make much sense.

one ask from this little visitor is not to change the forum to some horrible colour where it hurts your eyes looks for the content in the post. currently love the forum and must say i have never really left the forum and seen the rest of the site im sorry.
