Ken,

Luxembourg was thrown in as a joke. Luxembourg could,nt pose a threat to peace to themselves :)
Isn't Luxembourg the HQ of that empire you hate, i.e. Europe?

I think Luxembourg is the biggest thread. The average level of rain in Lux increased to 102 mm / month. Since highstreams ( at approx 5 km above earth) have tendency to move more to the northwest, the Netherlands is expected to be hit with an aritmic rain increase of approx. 57 mm all coming from Luxembourg !!!!. ;)
Now come on Ron, the biggest threat to the Netherlands is going to come from rising sea levels due to global warming. As we all know the biggest cause of global warming is Uncle Sam:rolleyes:

I don't hate Europe, I just don't think they are much good in a fight.

Look at WWI and WWII :D

Pretty Cool is not words that I would use for it.

Overpriced fiasco are words that I would use.

A pretentious use of the public purse are some more words.

How about just plain crap

You're just upset because it has no boilers to work on - :p

Still - It's a cool pc of engineering...

I wonder who made the most off of the construction contracts, etc

The Millenium ****in Dome - if it was supposed to be fun - they could have shared the money out and all 60m of us could have got pissed - that would have been fun.

Otherwise I would rather they had built something of substance, somewhere other than London.

A stupid idea from the Tories I think, but the stupid idea was made to look like genius by the actual end product delivered by Tony and his fellow New Labour cretins.

Happy New Year!:)

Here's an angle to place some of the blame on us: Wasn't the fabric made in the good old USA? :D :D :D

As I watched The World is Not Enough, I always wondered what the big white thing was that Bond was falling onto/off of.

The super casino idea sounds interesting, but what's with Justin Timberlake kicking off the concert schedule in 2007

Dumb metric question.
Hows come you say 102 mm instead of 10.2 cm?
I've seen that a lot, just not sure why yall use the smallest measurement.
I don't see 120 cm but 1.2 m instead. So why use mm instead of cm?

Seems RAK may see things a bit differently -

I started the story about Lux as a joke as well, until you started serious questions, which I answered with substantiated replies.
That's me, I 'm too serous for this world

Sorry Rich,
Our biggest threat is the invasion of moslims and their way of thinking.
We have managed to stay up with water levels since 1563. ( the guy who putted his finger in the dike ).
