That's interesting - I think I do remember seeing a documentary on that. Odd that some time back they drained the swamp lands in lower Florida and now everyone wants the swamps back - go figure, more tax money to put it back the way it was -

Hows come you say 102 mm instead of 10.2 cm?
I've seen that a lot, just not sure why yall use the smallest measurement.
I don't see 120 cm but 1.2 m instead. So why use mm instead of cm?

Kilometres for distances
Metres in sport
millimetres every where else
