Hi all

I'm not experienced in MS access was wondering if anyone would be able to support me in building and staff efficiency and time tracker.

e.g. they can sign on and it record that, record when they started and ended a queue/task, record lunch times, huddles and meeting
the queues/Tasks will have an a number of cases that have to be done each hour colleagues can add the number of cases they've done on each queue and it would calculate the efficiency from that.

a management view to view efficiency daily, weekly and monthly
a view to view efficiency by queue, colleague and team (there will be multiple teams)

if you can guide me on videos or threads to read so I can teach myself at least.

Thank you

Also check out the free Access templates provided by Microsoft for something similar to what you want.

Hi. Welcome to AWF!

We can certainly help you if you post specific questions as you build your database and run into something you can't figure out.

Good luck!

@Fawnlemur
Welcome aboard. We are always happy to help but you have come to the wrong place if you think we're here to do your work for you for free. We will help you to learn, we will help to solve technical problems, we will give advice. We will hold your hand and be extremely patient while you struggle with concepts. We will look at your database and tell you what needs fixing. Sometimes we will even post useful code or write small sections of code you need. But if you want someone to build the app for you, you should look for someone to hire.

You might find a useful template. Open Access and look through the templates. I think there is one for time and billing. Download that and see where you get.

Looks like Uncle beat me to it:)
