No Permission

hi...
I have this database that i created in access 2000. Now when i want to open it in access 2007 i cannot, i get this error message:
"You don't have the necessary permissions to use the "-------.mdb" object.

i tried joining the work group by running this code :
DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdWorkgroupAdministrator

and it joined me.
But now when i open the database it gives me my username and oassword, i don't now what password it had created for me...

so can some one help me in solving this problem..

sorry again...

i still get the error message "You don't have the necessary permissions to use the "-------.mdb" object.

Although i had joined i still get this ....

i get the username and password box appear only if i oen the secured.mdw....
