Hi Can anyone tell me if it's possible to change a form I've got for my database into a HTML form?

I toying with putting the data entry form on to my work's intranet site. I would need the form to load the data into the database on the server once the user submits it.

Is this possible with just access? I use 2007 and don't have sharePoint. The only information i can find are sites that tell you to create a separate HTML page and use code to link it to the database. I was keen to avoid this if possible?

No avoiding that... you can't an Access Form and *upload* it as a web page. Then there's the Backend, you can't just upload that either.

So I'll have to code something then to load the input data into the back end database. Any recommendations over which script to use?

Hmm, sorry but no... I couldn't say whether an Access Web App or .PHP or any one of the host of choices would work best for your scenario. Would need to know a lot more about your database.

Well...
1. Does it have VBA code that can't be converted to Data Macros? No, VBA with Access Web Apps.
2. Is your Company going to upgrade to Office/Access 2016?
3. Does your Company have and SQL Server accessible by all who will use the database? And, will they give you space on it?

That said, why not just split the database and distribute the Frontends?

I always thought front end distribution was a bad idea for multiple users? That said, I've no idea how many users you would need before this became true.

It has some vba in the form which is necessary in how it's set up.

There no plan to upgrade as far as I'm aware and no SQLite server to host on. It's a small access database so didn't think a server based option was necessary...

Huh? That is incorrect. Frontend distribution is the ONLY way to go for multiple Users. You risk the GREAT chance of corrupting the entire file if you do not split it. Here's some reading for you...
