Only first record from my query appears in the report (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I have a query that seems to open without any problems. It opens with 63 records.
When I create a report using the report wizard only the first record from the query appears on the report.
Also, I notice that if I try to set a Sort in the query I get a message, Invalid Procedure Call.
What is likely to cause this to happen?

Not seeing anything out of place in that design. Again, if you want to provide db, that may be the only way we can resolve.

Hi,

I have attached a stripped down database. The report seems to open OK with 99.9% of data stripped out of the tables.

The query in question is qryW-CIV-TANKS-Dates and the report is rptTEST.

Please note that two fields in the query, TankNo and TankNumber, are derived from fairly complex formulas in an earlier query. This could be part of the problem.

Yes, after I stripped the my tables down to seven records each the query and report both open. When I had a thousand odd records in my tables the report only showed the first record from the query.

OK but it does make it difficult to advise as the example as presented does work!
