open whith Access a protect file

I have a big problem :
I've generated a protect file with Access 2002: this file have a password and before to close it I have unchecked all box in the Strumenti -> start menu.
When I open this file Access open the primary mask and I don't have the complete menu options.

How can I open this file in Project mode?
Please help me.
