Open word document with VB

Can anybody please tell me how to denote variable in a word document.

I am trying to open a word document with curresponding data filled from the text field of a form. I managed to get the word document with the help of previous pots in this forum. but I dont know how to give a variable in word document.

Hi, I am still in a confusion whetehr to use word document. I have a word document where basic changes should be made and send to the email address available in a textbox. Can anybody suggest what is the optimum way for it?
Is it better to write it in the code itself and directly send it through moutlook? or is it better to create a report and then send it through outlook? I am totally new to VB and Access. fogive if it is a very basic question.
