I have created a number of reports in Access 2000 which mysteriously change their orientation to Portrait.

I have set the Page setup options to Landscape, and saved the report and then randomly the orientation will reset to portrait.

Does any one have any clues or suggestions please?

Thanks for that fix.

I've spent ages trying to resolve this problem.

I also phoned Microsoft Help in the Uk - but they did not mention any known bugs!

I see that someone else is also having simlar problems (report format sticking after import)

Thanks again.:)

Page Setup problems

I am having the same problem, but i cannot find the feature to which you refer. I looked it up in Help and only found an AutoCorrect feature which does not seem to be the answer.

Can you direct me to the right place and tell me if it will solve my problem with changing margin setups and paper size as well? (Access 2000)

if you look up "set report orientation to landscape??? " in the search option you will find the answer - it is an Access Bug

"If you find that your report orientation changes, it is because of an Access bug. To eliminate the problem, go into Tools/Options and turn off all the Name AutoCorrect options."

Since I've changed my settings, I've not had any problems - good luck
