Parameter queriy problem (1 Viewer)

I created a parameter query which works but . . some of the fields in the query are calculated fields and these fields are "popping" up along with the parameter field I set up. The correct parameter field is the only one with the "WHERE" in it. I just hit enter when these other fields "pop" up.

I am using this query for a report and I have one of the calculated fields in the report. When I run the report, this field shows up blank on the report.

Does anyone know what is wrong?

Sounds like the controlsources of the fields in the report are not identical to the field names in the query.
