I need to be able to email one of my reports creative in access.
Is it possible to just email one?
Seems to me the only way is to export it to another format which always changes it..

If it can be done......how?

If your recipients have the Access snapshot viewer the thats best. My second choice would be to print to pdf and email that...

I'm not sure exactly what you want to do, but you can send a snap shot report directly from Access. Once you open the report, select File, Send, then select snapshot. This keeps it in the same format so that when it's opened in Access it looks exactly the same.
