Pop up form in Access 2013 (1 Viewer)

Dear all,
I got a curious issue here:

Set up a pop up form under Options\Current Database\Display Form TEST

For some days it doesn't show anymore this TEST form when I open the database.

Is there anything I have to change?

Do I have to delete this TEST form and create a new one?

I wouldn't think you have to recreate it. Is there an autoexec macro running that may close it? Or code behind the form?

First thing to check would be is it still listed under Options\Current Database\Display Form?

If it is, does the Form still exist?

Yes this Form is selected and still exists. A closing macro doesn't exist.

In that case it sounds like the database itself is corrupted. I'd go the route of creating a new, empty database file and import everything into it, and see what happens when you open that one.
