Printing Reports on Specific Network Printer(s) (1 Viewer)

Is there a way I can create a menu for all network printers so users
can choose which printers to use when they print reports?
My boss basically wants to have users to print reports on
a specific printer.

Is there a better way to do this?

Basically it's a way to change the default printer before the print operation.
