Properties not appearing in 2016

Hi All,
I feel dumb just having to ask this.
I have upgraded from 2003 to 2016.
I am trying to create a form. When I right click and select properties I can see from the screen's behaviour that some has happened, yet I do not see the Properties pop up or pane. I have minimised access itself in case it had opened behind it but found nothing. The same happens if I chose Property Sheet from the toolbar or press Alt Enter.
Where can I find the properties????

Can you post a screenshot? Maybe it's on the side but minimized. Or, are you using multiple monitors?

The properties window is slidable. Check that it is not slid shut. That is why you are likely seeing a flicker, but no window. It is opening but "minimized" shut.
