Camel Notation in naming Field Names

I am seeing different things online and need help ASAP!

It's really up to you how you use it. The idea is to eliminate spaces yet retain clarity of the meaning of the name. I prefer the format FRM_MyFormNameHere, TBL_MyTableNameHere etc.
