Random Characters in Hyperlink (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I have a table I am using that someone else created but I made a form which passes a Hyperlink to a text box. The pass is fine but once it gets there it just generates random characters instead of the name of the hyperlink from the table.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I have tried making the text box a hyperlink.
