Receipt Printing in thermal Printer

I would like to get info that how to adjust page size for thermal printer to print point of sale receipt, i need width of 3" Inches and height of maximum till 48" inches mean continue till long item printing...

You can set this in the printer control.

When you install your thermal printer, you receive a new set of paper sizes. Depending on your printer, you should be able to find something close to create your report.
