Refresh on forms (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

Thank you for the continued support but I've another issue.
I have a main menu which has some graphs on it, see below:

Unfortunately select users are reporting to me that they keep getting the following error message.

Could the graph's refreshing at the default interval be causing this error or is it likely to be our corporate network.
Current setup is users have FE on their desktops and the back tables are located on a network location.
