Hi all,
I need to update a table at a client's site to change a couple of fields, and would like to be able to send them something that they can run on their end to perform an insert query.
I cant update the tables via RDP etc. because the database needs to be in Access '97 format, and they all run access 2003.
I also cannot get them to send me the file for updates since it needs to be online basically 24/7.

Is there any way for this to happen?

Thanks

What does this mean . . .
change a couple of fields
Do you need to update data or change the structure of a table?

If it is up and runing 24/7 then you canot update it anyway, so that solves the problem.

If you still insist on updating it then it must be down for users while you are updating. And so they could send you the file afterall.

Ah good point by MArk : not clear whether you speak of data or structure.

Please tell us more about this

Does the application have add/modify/delete transactions?
